Law, Pak Kin Patrick
CEO of Merrill Lynch Securities Asia Limited
Law, Pak Kin Patrick, is the CEO of Merrill Lynch Securities Asia Limited, a subsidiary of Bank of America Group. He is responsible for determining the investment views of the wealth management business, developing and managing asset allocation strategies, conducting fixed income and equity management, conducting solution due diligence, developing investment policies and guidance (including wealth planning), and supporting client-centric investment strategies. Previously, he served as Head of Foreign Exchange Trading and Chief Investment Strategist for Bank of America Asia Pacific.
Law, Pak Kin Patrick has also held other investment positions, including Director of Global Portfolio Strategy Group for Private Wealth Advisory and Senior International Equity Strategist for Merrill Lynch Private Client and Middle Market Group. In 2004, Law, Pak Kin Patrick joined a well-known Hong Kong family office to establish and manage a multi-asset class investment program. He then became Head of Hedge Fund Business for Bank of America in Asia Pacific, helping the company build a multi-billion dollar discretionary and customized hedge fund business.
In terms of academic background, Law, Pak Kin Patrick obtained a Graduate Diploma in International Financial Services and a Doctor of Business Administration with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business. He also holds the Certified Private Wealth Manager qualification and obtained a Doctor of Business Administration in Finance from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He currently serves as a member of the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University.

Lindsay Hans
President and Co-head of Merrill Wealth Management
Lindsay Hans is president and co-head of Merrill Wealth Management, and a member of Bank of America Corporation’s executive management team.
In this role, Lindsay, along with co-head Eric Schimpf, oversees more than 25,000 employees who provide investment and wealth management strategies to individuals and businesses across the U.S. With $3.5 trillion in client balances as of March 31, 2025, Merrill is among the largest businesses of its kind in the world. Its financial advisors consistently rank at or near the top of various annual industry-wide rankings.
Lindsay and Eric also oversee Bank of America’s Investment Solutions Group, which includes the Chief Investment Office and a wide range of thought leadership, product, and portfolio offerings and platforms.
Previously, Lindsay was head of Merrill’s Private Wealth Management, International, and Institutional groups. In this role, she was responsible for delivering the business strategy, intellectual capital, resources, and solutions to Merrill’s largest client relationships – domestically and internationally.
Lindsay has also served as the division executive for Merrill Wealth Management’s Northeast Division, and earlier as division executive for the Mid-Atlantic Division. Before joining the company in 2014, Lindsay spent more than a decade at UBS, where she held several leadership positions in the wealth management business.

Geoffrey S. Greener
Chief Risk Officer of Bank of America
Geoffrey S. Greener is chief risk officer of Bank of America. He is responsible for overseeing the company’s governance and strategy for global risk management and compliance, including relationships with key regulators and supervisory institutions worldwide. Greener is a member of the company’s executive management team.
Greener’s team provides independent oversight and guidance for managing risk and ensuring compliance, including the development and implementation of risk management measures across the company. His team leads efforts to build and sustain a strong culture in which all employees understand the importance of managing risk to deliver responsible growth and serve our customers, clients, shareholders and communities.
Greener has served in a number of senior roles throughout the company, including Enterprise Capital Management executive, in which he was responsible for capital management for Bank of America, and head of Global Markets Portfolio Management. Greener also has chaired the Global Markets Capital Committee and the Global Banking and Markets Regulatory Reform Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Bank of America in 2007, Greener was a portfolio manager at Caxton Associates, where he specialized in fixed income markets and mortgage-backed securities. He began his career at Goldman Sachs in 1987 trading fixed income products.
Greener participates in several organizations that focus on risk, finance and climate change governance and policy, including the Board of Trustees of the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and the Foundation Board for the International Financial Risk Institute. He is also a member of the Bank Policy Institute’s Chief Risk Officer Advisory Committee.

Aditya Bhasin
Chief Technology and Information Officer for Bank of America
Aditya Bhasin is chief technology and information officer for Bank of America and is a member of the company’s executive management team.
Bhasin leads a global team of more than 60,000 employees responsible for designing and delivering technology solutions for all eight lines of business, staff support groups, Global Information Security, Technology Infrastructure and Global Business Services.
Previously, Bhasin was head of Consumer, Small Business, Wealth Management and Employee Technology. In this role, he was responsible for designing and delivering technology for Consumer, Small Business and Wealth Management clients through Bank of America’s online and mobile banking apps as well as in financial centers and in Merrill and Private Bank offices. Bhasin and his team also drove the evolution of software delivery methodologies, agile development practices and architecture standards companywide, while identifying partnerships that connect Bank of America to the emerging technology ecosystem and innovations for clients.
Since joining the bank in 2004, Bhasin has held numerous leadership roles. He has led teams in Marketing, Analytics, Digital Banking, Home Loans and Strategy. Previously, he was a principal at Booz Allen & Hamilton, serving clients globally.
Bhasin is executive sponsor for the Women in Technology & Operations advocacy group, the Hispanic and Latino Leadership Advisory Council and the Black Leadership Advisory Council for Global Technology. He also serves on Bank of America’s Asian Advisory Council, which advocates for teammates of Asian descent to help advance and grow their careers. In 2022, he received the A-List Award for courageous leadership from Ascend Inc., the nonprofit pan-Asian membership organization for business professionals.
Bhasin is a trustee of Hamilton College and a board-of-trustees vice chair of the Discovery Place science and technology museums for children in the Carolinas. He holds master’s degrees in computer engineering and engineering management from Dartmouth College, and undergraduate degrees in chemistry and computer science from Hamilton College.
